Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Acquisition Manager role based in New Delhi. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients across retail, HNI, NRI, and institutional segments, with a focus on growing the company's assets under management and transaction volumes. Daily tasks include lead generation through various channels, conducting meetings and presentations, explaining the firm's products and platforms, and recommending suitable solutions aligned with client goals and risk profiles. The role involves coordinating with research, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth account opening, documentation, and service delivery. The Acquisition Manager will track sales pipelines, meet defined business targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular follow-ups to build long-term, trust-based relationships. The individual will also stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to refine acquisition strategies and enhance client engagement.
Qualifications
  • Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and products, including equity, derivatives, commodities, currencies, mutual funds, and insurance.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
  • Comfort with using trading platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and client management.
  • Proven ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple client engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field; a post-graduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) in Finance or Marketing is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in broking, wealth management, banking, or financial services
