Description
We are seeking a motivated Acquisition Manager for CASA to join our banking sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our Current Account and Savings Account products, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for CASA products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to improve offerings.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during the sales process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in banking sales or financial services, preferably in CASA acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Understanding of banking products and services, particularly CASA offerings.
