Principal Duties

And Responsibilities:

Working closely with our clients, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertisestrategic, industry, functional, technicalin a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth.

Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Conduct/facilitate value discovery workshops to identify and analyze the business objectives during the business blueprint phase
  • Create detailed business cases for the client's transformation initiatives working with business and functional leaders to track and report actual performance, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive the measurement, reporting and analysis of business metrics and analytics
  • Devise, measure and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), and design reporting dashboards to measure value created for the business
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and collaborate with various internal and external partners to identify areas for improvement and value realization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborates with internal team members, such as business unit leaders, process owners, and IT teams, to understand their needs, capture feedback, and ensure alignment with initiatives. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial in this aspect of the role.

Key Competencies and Skills:


  • Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders to architect, mobilize, and launch delivery constructs to execute a Transformation Journey with our clients
  • Apply a cross-enterprise perspective spanning across both business and technology stakeholders, with ability to work through ambiguity to pursue a consistent transformation vision as well as understand, articulate and resolve key dependencies. Apply expertise in strategic analysis, business architecture, process architecture, organizational change management, value analysis program/project management and stakeholder management
  • Understand end-to-end transformation and its strategic impact, and have a broad understanding of the issues a C-suite member can encounter, and the technology and non-technology levers to reach the desired state. Maintain a broad understanding of enterprise delivery models (agile, scaled agile, predictive) and insights into how cultural, organizational, and solution trends impact these models
  • Facilitate design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy
  • Help define the value of a transformation and how to measure and track success
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships
  • Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skills
  • Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to develop younger talent and build a high performing team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)

Experience:


  • 7-15 years large scale consulting experience and managing teams in a consulting environment or as part of a firm's internal strategy/transformation capability
  • 5+ years of experience participating or leading a part of significant digital transformation program(s) preferably in Cloud, Interactive, New IT, etc.
  • Experience in setting up and driving a Value Realization Office / Transformation Management Office for own organization or for clients
  • Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), KPI / Value tree and other relevant measures specific to digital transformation
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing recommendations
  • Exposure to and understanding of IT Strategy & Scrum/Agile transformation methodology
  • A strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources
