Job Summary
Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a skilled Performance Specialist to drive performance marketing excellence through data-driven optimisation and continuous testing across digital channels.
The role focuses on analysing campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, and executing structured testing programs — working closely across strategy, analytics, activation, and creative teams to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyse Campaign Performance Data: Monitor and interpret campaign performance across digital channels; track pacing, delivery, and key metrics to assess effectiveness against briefs and targets.
- Identify & Execute Optimisation Opportunities: Proactively identify optimisation levers across campaigns; execute optimisation actions on an agreed cadence and maintain optimisation logs to track actions and outcomes.
- Execute Multivariate Testing Programs: Design and implement structured multivariate and A/B testing programs across campaigns and channels; coordinate testing requirements with creative and strategy teams.
- Develop Audience Segmentation Strategies: Build and refine audience segmentation approaches to improve targeting precision and campaign relevance across digital channels.
- Monitor Attribution & Conversion Paths: Track and analyse attribution models and conversion journeys; partner with analytics to interpret performance drivers and inform optimisation decisions.
- Provide Performance Insights & Recommendations: Develop and present clear performance readouts, post-campaign summaries, and actionable recommendations to inform strategy and planning.
Professional & Technical Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, or digital campaign optimisation.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms including GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong expertise in multivariate and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience developing and applying audience segmentation strategies across digital channels.
- Solid understanding of attribution modelling and conversion path analysis.
- Experience with paid/social platform execution, trafficking, and QA.
- Familiarity with tag and UTM hygiene practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, and analytics.
