The Practice – A Brief Sketch

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

The Build Brand Momentum Senior Manager is a senior-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN (Global Network) Song. The individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing strategic marketing, designing, developing and implementing operating models and build organizational constructs that will empower clients to transform the way they deliver value through marketing. This role requires strong consulting, leadership, and communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies and trends. The key responsibility will include:

  • Act as a senior leader within the Build Brand Momentum (BBM) offering, shaping and delivering tech‑powered brand, insight, and creative transformation engagements for global clients
  • Act as a GenAI subject‑matter leader within BBM, translating emerging AI capabilities into scalable, client‑ready insight, strategy, and creative solutions
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, assess current marketing processes, technologies, and capabilities, and identify areas for improvement & transformation
  • Lead delivery and management of high‑impact brand, market, consumer, and GTM insight programs, combining primary, secondary, quantitative, qualitative, UX, and social intelligence into a unified insight narrative.
  • Leverage strong foundational knowledge of Market Research, covering Primary, Secondary, Qualitative, and Quantitative Research, UX/UI Research, marketing strategy, brand and market trends and insights to develop and implement plans and approaches, enabling client teams to adopt a new way of working
  • Define and operationalize agentic asset strategies—where AI systems autonomously orchestrate research, insight synthesis, creative origination, adaptation, and optimization with human oversight
  • Guide clients on brand positioning, opportunity identification, market entry, and growth strategy, backed by data‑led intelligence and competitive benchmarking.
  • Lead the design and implementation of GenAI‑enabled assets across BBM pillars including insight accelerators, creative as well as strategic assets
  • Create new operating models and organizational structures that encompass people, processes, technology and governance within and across marketing organizations to drive value and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Sell the BBM offering services within Accenture and to clients, individually and as a subset of the Global Network Song offering package.
  • Support the growth of the BBM team by identifying areas of growth related to skills, platforms, assets, etc., identifying gaps in the team's specializations and bringing on expert resources to develop a more holistic insights & creative offering that aligns with the practice requirements
  • Develop deep and meaningful relationships with clients through strong client management skills, communication and presentation skills, engaging with clients to determine opportunities that improve marketing performance and operations
  • Guide clients through GenAI adoption journeys—from experimentation to enterprise‑grade implementation—articulating clear value cases, operating models, and role evolution
  • Collaborate with other functional teams within marketing transformation practice to deliver more holistic marketing transformation solutions, lead cross-functional teams to drive alignment towards BBM goals.
  • Build relationships with relevant practices across Accenture to provide best-in-market solutions to clients, grow the Marketing practice offering, grow the insights offering, and drive overall business growth.
