Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced VRO (Value Realization Office) Manager with strong exposure to Adobe-led digital, data, and marketing transformations, combined with GenAI-enabled value acceleration. This role spans the full lifecycle—from pursuit shaping to delivery governance—ensuring value is not just articulated but systematically realized.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead value framing and value case development for priority pursuits involving Adobe platforms (AEP, RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer, Analytics).
- Act as a VRO quality gate on proposals and programs—reviewing value logic, assumptions, dependencies, and ROI credibility.
- Partner with account teams and platform leads in C-suite and SteerCo value conversations, shaping why change / why now narratives.
- Define and operationalize value governance models, including KPIs, baselines, ownership, and realization tracking during delivery.
- Own value realization during delivery—tracking benefits, managing leakage risks, and supporting course correction with delivery leadership.
- Perform regular value health checks across ongoing programs, linking adoption, capability rollout, and business outcomes.
- Embed GenAI-enabled value levers (personalization, automation, decision intelligence, measurement acceleration) into Adobe-led programs.
- Coach teams and codify VRO playbooks, templates, and accelerators to drive repeatability at scale.
- Contribute to thought leadership, POVs, and pursuit positioning on value-led transformation.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in value strategy, financial modeling, benefits logic, and ROI narratives.
- Proven experience across core Adobe Experience Cloud components, especially platforms involved in multi-year transformations (AEP, RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer, Analytics).
- Transformation advisory experience across digital, data, AI, and martech initiatives.
- Exposure to Generative and applied AI use cases in marketing, CX, analytics, and platform modernization.
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information
- Proven track record of working across large pursuits and long-running transformation programs as a specialist advisor.
- Experience operating in multi-stakeholder environments spanning business, marketing, data, and technology teams.
