Principal Duties and Responsibilities

As a Consultant in the Data & Al , you will play a critical role in driving client engagements and

delivering measurable outcomes. Consultants are expected to own and lead significant workstreams,

bringing in-depth subject matter expertise in Data & Al.

Lead design and development Of Gen Al solutions, integrating models into enterprise workflows

for document processing, customer interaction, or automation

Conduct requirement workshops and feasibility assessments, translating business needs into

Gen Al technical specifications

Design prompt engineering frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and

evaluation metrics for accuracy and relevance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Gen Al within existing data ecosystems, APIs,

or cloud environments

Develop accelerators, templates, and reusable components to standardize solution delivery

Support client demos, user testing, and performance optimization

Contribute to proposal development and thought leadership in Gen Al application

Deep understanding of LLM architectures, vector search, and RAG pipelines

Experience with OpenAl, Azure OpenAl, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex Al, or Anthropic Claude

Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain, prompt chaining, embedding models, and API

orchestration

Familiarity with enterprise integration, data pipelines, and orchestration tools (Airflow,

Databricks, Azure Data Factory)

Ability to analyze business problems and design fit-for-purpose Gen Al use cases

Working knowledge of evaluation frameworks (BLEU, ROUGE, accuracy, hallucination detection)

Understanding of model governance, bias mitigation, and responsible Al practices.
