ACL Recruitment Executive

The ACL Recruitment Executive will guide and support non-placed engineering and diploma graduates (EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, Mechanical & Mechatronics) to understand and enrol in the Automation Career LaunchPad (ACL) program. The role involves explaining the career opportunities in automation, addressing engineers and parents queries, and ensuring enrolments in ACL training. Telecalling will be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities·

• Counsell non-placed graduates/diploma engineers about career pathways in automation.
• Explain the ACL program structure, benefits, and placement support.
• Engage with enquiries (walk-ins + leads from the marketing team) and convert them into enrollments. Counselling via telecalling.
• · Follow up with students and parents until confirmation of admission.
• · Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversions, and batch enrolments.
• · Share regular student feedback, placement concerns, and market insights with management.
• · Support enrolled students in orientation and career-prep activities when required.

Requirements

· Excellent communication in English & Tamil.

· Ability to connect with fresh graduates and inspire confidence about career opportunities.

· Target-driven with counselling skills rather than a pure sales approach.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).

· Experience in education counselling, admissions, or placement support preferred.

Qualifications

· Graduate (any discipline)

· 1 year's experience in counselling, admissions, or placement assistance in the education sector.
