Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to students, assessing their individual needs, and helping them devise educational paths that align with their goals. This role also involves conducting student consultations, providing guidance in academic decision-making, and contributing to the improvement of academic advising strategies to enhance overall student satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Proficiency in Academic Advising and knowledge of educational programs
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with students
• Proactive approach to understanding students needs and providing tailored guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
• Past experience in academic advising or education-related roles is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
