We are seeking an experienced Accountant with CBSE affiliation in India to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proven expertise in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards as per CBSE guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and implement recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
