Accounts & Taxation Executive

WE ARE HIRING | ACCOUNTS & TAXATION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Accounts & Taxation Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally Prime
• Preparation and filing of GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.
• GST reconciliation & ITC verification
• TDS calculation, payment and return filing
• Assistance in Income Tax Returns, tax computation and related compliances
• Bank, vendor and customer reconciliation
• Ledger scrutiny and accounting finalisation
• Coordination with CA, auditors and tax consultants
• Maintaining statutory records and ensuring timely compliance
• Preparation of MIS and other accounting-related reports

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent
• Experience: 2–4 years in Accounts & Taxation
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime
• Good practical knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
• Good command of MS Excel
• Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail
• Candidates who can independently handle accounting and taxation compliances will be preferred.
