Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial health.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Perform monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance- tds, gst.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
