Job Title: QA AR (US Healthcare RCM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Analyst AR with strong experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in AR follow-up, auditing, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit AR transactions including Billing, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Denial Management, and Correspondence.
- Perform root cause analysis on AR issues, denials, and aged accounts (90+ days) and implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor team performance and recommend improvement plans based on quality findings.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and quality reports.
- Identify trends from reports and drive process improvements.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify training needs based on audit results.
- Ensure timely project delivery with accuracy and adherence to client guidelines.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as AR Caller and 1+ year as Quality Analyst in US Healthcare RCM.
- Strong understanding of RCM metrics (Aging, Collections, Bad Debt).
- Experience in auditing, root cause analysis, and reporting.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (6 PM 3 AM IST).
