Job Title: Accounts Receivable & Compliance Executive

Experience: 24 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Location: Hyderabad

Role Summary

Responsible for Accounts Payable, Receivable, Zoho Books bookkeeping, and statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF & ESI, ensuring accurate records and timely filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor invoice processing and payments
• Bookkeeping in Zoho Books (entries, reconciliations, reports)
• Vendor ledger reconciliation & ageing analysis
• GST compliance: invoice review, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2B reconciliation
• TDS deduction, return filing & Form 16/16A
• PF & ESI calculation, payment & return filing
• Audit support and statutory record maintenance

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Indian compliances
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESI
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting controls
