Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct AR calling and follow-ups to collect outstanding payments.
• Manage denial claims and appeals for hospitals and physicians.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and billing activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid).
• Collaborate with team members, provider relations, and seniors to resolve billing issues.
• Perform analytical tasks using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Contribute to process improvements in revenue cycle management.
