In a world of loud claims and quiet disclaimers, we mention all of the 1 to 6 ingredients used in our products on the front of our packs. Simply because, we have nothing to hide. We don't use any lab-made or natural sounding chemical alternatives in our food, and we never need to use disclaimers.

Role Overview:
This role will lead the Accounts Receivable function, owning revenue recognition, receivables integrity, and cash realization across a complex omnichannel business (Quick Commerce, Marketplaces, D2C, Offline).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Assurance & Closing
- Own monthly revenue closing with strict timelines
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS 115
- Drive gross-to-net revenue accuracy across channels
2. Receivables & Claims Management
- Lead reconciliation with key platforms / customers (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, MT and GT partners )
- Own end-to-end claims lifecycle (promo, damages, returns)
- Identify and plug revenue leakages
3. AR Control Tower
- Build standardized reconciliation frameworks across channels
- Drive a single source of truth for receivables and ageing
- Partner with business finance to ensure alignment on numbers
4. Cash Flow & Risk
- Improve DSO across channels
- Own provisioning and bad debt policies
- Define credit policies for offline/distributor business
5. Systems & Automation
- Implement scalable AR processes within ERP
- Drive automation of reconciliations and data flows from platforms
- Reduce manual dependencies
6. Team Leadership
- Manage and scale a team of 6–8 members
- Build expertise across different channels of revenue
- Create a high ownership, high accuracy culture
Ideal Candidate:
- 8 years experience in AR / revenue assurance / controllership
- Experience in high-growth consumer / e-commerce / marketplace businesses
- Strong understanding of platform-led business models and B2B Reconciliations
- Proven track record in managing large-scale reconciliations and claims
- High bias for action, strong analytical mindset
