Looking to own and transform an Accounts Receivable function in a fast-growing global organization At IT By Design, we're hiring a hands-on, process-driven AR professional to lead global collections, billing, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across global operations. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a strong path toward broader finance responsibilities.
Role Details
- Experience: 7–10 Years
- Location: West Delhi / Noida (100% On-site)
- Shift: Night Shift | 7 PM – 4 AM IST
- Reporting To: Global Director – Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AR operations: invoicing, collections, reconciliations, aging & reporting
- Drive AR KPIs including DSO, CEI, Invoice Accuracy & Dispute Resolution
- Improve cash flow through structured collections and escalation management
- Standardize and optimize AR processes; identify automation opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Operations & Finance teams across geographies
- Mentor team members and build accountability within the AR function
- Support month-end close and ensure compliance with accounting controls
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years in AR, billing, or collections
- Strong experience in high-volume, complex billing environments
- Proven track record in process improvement & AR metrics management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to US clients or multinational environments is essential
- QuickBooks/ERP exposure preferred
