Role: Manager – Accounts Receivable
Reports To: General Manager-Finance
We're looking for a hands-on AR leader to manage key B2B accounts while leading a team. This is a player-coach role, combining execution, ownership, and team leadership to improve collections and strengthen financial operations.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end AR for key B2B accounts (collections, disputes, cash application, invoicing validation)
- Drive reduction in DSO, aging, and overdue balances
- Lead, coach, and monitor a team of AR analysts (KPIs, SLAs)
- Handle complex escalations and customer negotiations
- Perform and review daily/monthly reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy
- Own AR book closing activities and ensure timely month-end closure
- Ensure adherence to timelines, controls, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (customers, auditors, partners)
- Review and report receivable aging/disputes and guide team on priorities
- Partner with Sales, Ops and Billing to resolve discrepancies
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation in O2C
What we're looking for
- 5–8 years of AR/O2C experience (B2B)
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio + lead a team
- Strong experience in collections, reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) preferred
