Roles and Responsibilities -
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel
- Retrieve sales documents and invoices for audits and bank queries
- Update customer payment reports and assist in financial reconciliations
- Communicate with suppliers to collect product pricing and quotations
- Support document filing, scanning, and digital organization
- Assist with daily and monthly reporting tasks
- Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc projects and analysis
Qualifications -
- Students currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous internship or experience in an accounting/finance role is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP is a bonus!)
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic
- Clear communication and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus
