Job Title: Accounts Executive - U.S Accounts

Location: Coimbatore, TN

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2+ years of experience to join our US Accounting team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in Accounts Receivable and a keen interest in expanding their skills in Payroll functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound accounting knowledge, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage accounts receivable records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date aging reports.
  • Apply credits and collections properly and reconcile miscellaneous differences.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve billing, chargeback, dispute, and refund issues.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to receivables.
  • Work closely with the operations team to resolve AR-related issues and maintain data integrity.
  • Generate financial and analytical reports to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve and streamline receivable and payroll processes.
  • Support payroll activities and gain exposure to payroll compliance and processing (knowledge in payroll is an advantage).
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR procedures, and financial reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite (or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical ability.
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems such as QuickBooks desktop/online/NetSuite.
  • Experience in working with US accounting processes is advantageous.
