We are looking for experienced AR Callers to work with a leading MNC.

Position

AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

Experience

• Minimum: 1 year
• Maximum: 4 years
  
  

Educational Qualification

• 10+2 / Graduate / Post Graduate
  
  

Salary

• CTC: 3 LPA - 6 LPA
• Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
  
  

Shift

• Night Shifts
  
  

Transportation

• 2-Way Cab Facility Provided
  
  

Week Off

• Saturday Sunday Fixed Off
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.
• Contact insurance companies/customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies.
• Follow up on pending claims and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding accounts.
• Meet process and productivity targets.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in AR / Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
