The company has a strong online presence across leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Caresmith focuses on delivering innovative wellness products while ensuring excellent customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities for D2C and e-commerce business operations
* Handle platform-wise reconciliation for Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces
* Track customer/platform payments, deductions, claims, returns, and settlements
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of sales, receivables, and payment reports
* Coordinate with internal Finance, Operations, and Marketplace teams for payment discrepancies and resolution
* Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections and closures
* Maintain accurate records of invoices, settlements, debit notes, credit notes, and deductions
* Analyze reconciliation mismatches and ensure timely resolution of platform-related issues
* Prepare MIS reports related to AR, collections, pending payments, aging reports, and reconciliation status
* Ensure proper accounting and documentation as per company processes and timelines
* Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Collections
* Hands-on experience in E-commerce reconciliation
* Good understanding of Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart seller/payment processes
* Experience in D2C E-commerce industry preferred
* Strong Excel & reporting skills
* Good analytical and coordination abilities
