Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Accounts Receivable Caller. The role involves managing outbound calls to insurance companies, resolving denied or partially paid claims, and following up on pending claims. The candidate will be expected to maintain accurate documentation of actions taken, ensure timely updates on accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Denied Claims Management, and Payment Posting
- Strong communication skills for interacting with insurance representatives and documentation
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address payment discrepancies and resolve claims
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, medical terminologies, and claims processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare billing software
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare domain is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
