Job Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in AR Calling & Denial Management
- Hands-on experience in Physician Billing / Hospital Billing (Mandatory)
- Graduation is mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and follow-ups
- Handle end-to-end AR cycle management for assigned accounts
- Work on denial analysis, resolution, and appeals
- Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid/underpaid claims
- Identify and escalate billing issues, coding errors, and payer-specific problems
- Maintain accurate documentation of call notes and claim updates in billing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (coding, billing, QA) for claim resolution
