Job Description

at least 2 years of experience

  • Vendor Setups and modifications in Oracle
  • Resolving Vendor setup Queries
  • Quality check of vendor setup/Modifications
  • Enhancement / Adhoc projects initiated by the Department
  • Cleanup if vendor data in ERP system
  • Prepare SOP for vendor setup enhancements.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Accounts payable and Vendor setup
  • Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
  • Accuracy and efficiency when completing data entry tasks
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude and reliable
  • Ability to type 60-65 words per minute   

Knowledge And Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable function
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures and financial chart of accounts.
  • Knowledge of Key Process and System controls
  • Knowledge of ERP & workflow systems

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
