About the Role:
We are hiring experienced professionals for multiple positions within our Accounts Payable (AP) and Shared Services team. We have openings across various designations, from *Subject Matter Expert (SPE/SME) to Team Leader*
Candidates should have strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor reconciliation, and Oracle ERP. Leadership candidates should also possess team management, performance monitoring, and process improvement experience relevant to their designation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and high-volume invoice processing.
- Perform invoice validation, PO matching, and three-way matching.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and reconcile vendor statements.
- Handle vendor queries, payment-related issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Support month-end closing, AP reporting, and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.
- For leadership roles, manage teams, monitor KPIs and SLAs, drive process performance, and support client and stakeholder management.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Accounts Payable or Shared Services operations.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing and three-way matching.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Team management and leadership experience for TL, AM, and Manager positions.
