Job Description:We are urgently hiring for the position of Accounts Payable for a leading CA firm located in Mumbai(Malad).

Accounts Payable

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner(Invoice Booking).
• Ensure proper approval of invoices before processing payments
• Process payments and maintain vendor records.Coordination with various vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies(Vendor Reconcilation).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes, Tax Compliance,Audit Compliance.
• Assist in month-end closing and accruals related to payables.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Oracle Knowledge would be added advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
