Job Description

Role: Accounts Payable

Experience: 3 to 12 years

Location: Bangalore & Chennai only

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM

Notice Period: Looking out for immediate joiners.

Job Description:

Accounts Payable Role:
End-to-end knowledge of accounts payable
Hands-on experience in Invoice data entry, Invoice matching (2-way match, 3-way match), Vendor Discrepancies, Foreign invoices, Vending order processing, Intercompany Billing.
Initial processing of invoices within 24 hours of receipt
Not matched invoices are routed for resolution within 24 hours of receipt

100% on-time payment unless issue with invoices or instructed to delay by Emergent

Comply with monthly close reconciliation dates as specified in OneStream
Processing of Vendor 1099 NLT 15JAN of each month

Candidates from RPA background will be preferrable.

Skills: SAP ECC v6.0, SharePoint, SAP ECC v6.0,MSFT Outlook, MSFT Teams, MSFT Word, MSFT Excel, Adobe Acrobat Professional, OneStream, Concur
