Executive/ Senior Executive – Accounts Payable

Kakkalur, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, India

Job purpose

Executive/ Senior Executive – Finance & Engagement is to manage Accounts Payable Regular, statutory payments TDS, ESI, PF, Customs duty etc. Advances, Month end closure activities , BRS and Monthly Balance sheet forecast, Cash flow forecast

Key responsibilities

Accounts Payables & Financial Operations

• Daily BRS Preparation
• Payment entry accounting
• Processing of payments as per schedule
• Preparation of Balance Sheet including cash flow forecast
• I/C recharge
• Able to coordinate and work with bank for payment related challenges
• Having experience with Hyperion / One stream

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Processing statutory payments TDS, GST, ESI, PF etc.
• EDPMS open items closure

Audit & Controls

• Support Statutory and Tax Audits with required workings and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements

What we're looking for

Education & Experience

• MBA – Finance
• B.Com – Commerce
• Overall 7-10 years of experience
• Strong communication skills
• SAP system knowledge
