Accounts Payable Analyst - Fresher

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Verify purchase orders and expense reports for accuracy.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and vendor queries.
• Maintain records of accounts payable transactions.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts payable functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Powerpoint, Word etc)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Internship or academic project experience in accounting or finance
• Flexibility in supporting business requirements across multiple time zones
