We are evolving toward an outcome-based, fixed-fee delivery model powered by technology and AI. This role will be key to building a scalable, high-quality delivery organization.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and MIS reporting.

Candidates with experience in Indian Accounting are welcome. Candidates with a background in a CA firm or Accounting & Finance firm are preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on bookkeeping experience, and good proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting. Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers, accounts, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and analyse financial data.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Provide regular financial and operational reports to leadership.
• Support improvements in MIS and reporting processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or MIS.
• Candidates from a CA firm / Accounting & Finance firm are preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and advanced Excel.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Exposure to Indian Accounting

Good to Have

• Power BI knowledge or experience in creating dashboards.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Experience in automating or improving MIS reporting.
