Job Summary
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations for
the company. The role includes maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling rental and
CAM accounting, ensuring statutory compliance, monitoring receivables and vendor payments,
and supporting management with timely financial reports and MIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate monthly and annual closing of books
- Maintenance of accurate books of accounts and supporting schedules
- Accounting and reconciliation of rental income, CAM, deposits and recoveries
- Monitoring receivables, collections and tenant ageing
- Compliance with GST, TDS and other applicable statutory requirements
- Coordination with auditors and closure of audit points
- Timely processing of vendor invoices and payments
- Cash flow tracking and bank reconciliations
- Support to management through accurate MIS and reports
