About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth in a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and client settlements
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Manage financial documentation and maintain proper records
Support business teams with financial insights and reporting
Oversee payroll accounting and expense management
Implement and improve accounting processes and controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred)
5–7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in fintech or financial services
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
