We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to manage financial operations and provide strategic insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in the audit process
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members

Skills and Qualifications
