Job Description

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, and networking.
  • Enhance department and organizational reputation by taking ownership of new tasks and adding value.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and deliver exceptional day-to-day client service.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage of products to optimize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and grow existing client relationships.
