As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional who can take ownership of our accounting and financial operations while contributing to strategic business decisions.

We are inviting applications from professionals who bring a strong understanding of accounting, financial analysis, MCA-related compliance and documentation, and the ability to manage responsibilities at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day accounting, financial records, and reporting.

* Handle financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and management reports.

* Manage MCA-related compliance, filings, documentation, and statutory requirements.

* Coordinate GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and other applicable regulatory compliances.

* Monitor accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and financial transactions.

* Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

* Support management with financial insights, business planning, and strategic decision-making.

* Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely completion of financial activities.

What We're Looking For:

* Relevant experience in accounting, finance, and financial management.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Practical knowledge of MCA-related compliance and statutory requirements.

* Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, financial reporting, and data analysis.

* The ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and coordinate effectively with management.
