Job Description
We have an urgent opening for the position of
Accounts Manager for a reputed company in
Mumbai (Andheri) location.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Assistance in preparing and timely updating annual financial statements (such as Balance Sheets, P&L, etc. in Tally)
- Preparing GST & TDS Returns on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Assisting the CFO & cluing in COO as and when needed.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits along with assistance in ITR and Audit reports filing.
- Reconcile BRS and other financial statements in line with internal controls and identify discrepancies if any with the help of Finance team
- Managing accounts payable with the help of Finance team and being in congenial with the Purchase Department and managing accounts receivable and being in congenial with the CRM Department.
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
Candidate's Profile
- We are looking for a candidate who will be an asset for our Finance team, with an effective experience in finance sector of the real estate market.
- Industry - Real Estate, Developer & Construction
- Education - Graduation along with the minimum qualification of Inter CA
- Hands on with Tally & Knowledge about Real Estate Accounting
