Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused Accounts Manager to oversee our key client portfolios. In this role, you will act as the primary technical advisor; ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions while identifying strategic opportunities for account growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Account Strategy & Relationship Building

·Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic key accounts.

·Understand each client's specific business objectives and tailor product implementations to solve their unique challenges.

·Conduct regular technical and strategic business reviews to monitor KPIs and align product features with client goals.

2. Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery

·Oversee the technical on-boarding process, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal business disruption.

·Troubleshoot advanced product issues, coordinating with internal support and engineering teams to resolve escalations swiftly.

·Train client teams on product capabilities, best practices, and new feature roll-outs.

3. Commercial Growth & Account Expansion

·Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new premium features.

·Lead contract renewal negotiations, maximizing profitability while maintaining healthy, long-lasting partnerships.

·Forecast key account metrics, track budget utilization, and manage revenue pipelines.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

·Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback and feature requests to the product and development teams to drive innovation.

·Partner with the Sales and Customer Success departments to ensure seamless client transitions and unified communication.

·Qualifications & Skills

·Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of (3-5) years of proven experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or B2B client-facing tech roles.

·Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Sales force, Hub Spot) and proficiency in translating technical jargon into actionable business strategies.

·Commercial Savvy: Demonstrated success in contract negotiations, account growth, and managing client portfolios.
