Job Role: Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end salary and payroll processing.

Oversee GST & TDS calculations, returns, and statutory compliance.

Prepare accurate MIS reports and financial summaries.

Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and ledger management.

Prepare and finalize balance sheets and financial statements.

Guide the company with cost-saving measures and process improvements.

Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards.

Handle the accounts team

Requirements

Advantage if from a preschool background.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Finance

8+ years of experience in accounts, taxation, and financial management.

Strong command over GST, TDS, payroll, MIS, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills
