ECO FRIENDLY TECHNICAL CONTRACTING provides comprehensive MEP design consulting and building services, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, ELV systems, clean rooms, cold storage, plumbing and drainage systems, and fire fighting and fire alarm systems.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Manager based in Chennai. The Accounts Manager will oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, coordinating audits, and analyzing financial performance. The role also includes developing strategies to optimize financial processes and providing insights to support decision-making.

• Strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
• Knowledge of fiscal regulations, compliance standards, and financial audits
• Proficiency in financial analysis and developing strategies to improve processes
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced certifications like CPA or CA are an advantage
• Experience in technical contracting or construction industries is a plus
