Hiring: Accounts Manager Digital Marketing (AdOps Specialist)
We are looking for a results-driven Accounts Manager Digital Marketing with strong expertise in Ad Operations to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with CM360/DCM and a passion for managing client relationships while driving campaign excellence, we'd love to connect!
Experience Required:
4+ years in Digital Marketing / Ad Operations
Notice Period: 30 Days (Preferred)
Location- Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end digital campaign execution across platforms
Hands-on experience with CM360 (Campaign Manager 360) / DCM
Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation, campaign setup, QA & troubleshooting
Coordinate with internal performance, media, and analytics teams
Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, reporting, and optimization
Ensure timely delivery of campaign reports and insights to clients
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Maintain strong client relationships and drive account growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on AdOps
Strong working knowledge of CM360 / DCM
Experience in campaign trafficking, floodlight setup, and tag management
Understanding of digital media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
Good to Have:
Experience with DV360 or other programmatic platforms
Exposure to performance marketing campaigns
Basic understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
