Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with statutory requirements.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and improve business performance.
Handle audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.

Profile

A Successful Accounts Manager Should Have

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of PQE (Mandatory)
Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector, is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
