About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee lender coordination, financial reporting, and credit-related processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, validating, and submitting financial information to banks, NBFCs, and other lending institutions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, expertise in financial documentation, MIS reporting, and a thorough understanding of lending and credit appraisal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lender Coordination & Loan Management
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan-related activities and documentation.
- Manage end-to-end lender communication and ensure timely fulfillment of financial information requirements.
- Track loan applications, approvals, disbursements, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve lender queries and discrepancies promptly.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare, review, and submit financial statements, reports, and supporting documents to lenders.
- Analyze Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and key financial ratios.
- Assist in the preparation of Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM), loan proposals, and financial presentations.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all financial data submitted externally.
MIS & Internal Controls
- Develop and maintain MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance indicators and provide analytical insights.
- Coordinate with internal departments for collection, validation, and consolidation of financial data.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and audit trails for all financial transactions and lender-related activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies, lender requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents, loan files, agreements, and correspondence.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial information and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting, Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM), Financial Statements, and Loan Processes.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, ratio analysis, and interpretation of financial statements.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Finance (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in lender coordination, banking, NBFCs, financial institutions, or real estate finance will be an advantage.
- Exposure to loan processing, credit assessment, financial documentation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of lending practices and financial compliance requirements.
