Role Description

As an Accounts & Finance Manager in the e-commerce industry, you will handle end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, accounting, financial planning, and compliance. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing accounts receivable and payable, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. You will align financial strategies with business objectives for growth and profitability in the e-commerce space. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control measures.
• Experience in e-commerce-specific accounting practices, including payment gateway reconciliations and online sales reporting.
• Knowledge of applicable financial regulations, tax compliance, and auditing processes.
• Advanced skills in accounting software, financial tools, and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications like CA, CPA, or CMA will be an advantage.
