Accounts & Finance Automation Executive

Adaan Digital is building an AI-first, performance-driven execution engine for global markets.

We are hiring CA students (Inter / Final) who want to:

• Support their education financially
• Gain structured, real-world finance exposure

This is not an internship for attendance.

This is a structured execution role inside a performance-measured finance system.

You will work directly on live compliance, bookkeeping, automation, and reporting workflows while learning how AI and automation are transforming finance operations.

• Maintain accurate entries in Tally
• Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings
• Ensure 100% accuracy in statutory documentation
• Assist in reconciliation and ledger validation

• Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports
• Support financial dashboards
• Validate financial data for accuracy
• Maintain documentation discipline

• Use Excel (Advanced), Power Query, and structured templates
• Support automation of repetitive workflows
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, data assistants) for validation and documentation
• Identify small automation improvements each month

• Follow documented SOPs
• Maintain compliance checklists
• Escalate discrepancies proactively
• Ensure zero deadline slippage

• Strong accounting fundamentals (CA curriculum alignment)
• High attention to detail
• Comfort with numbers and reconciliations
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Discipline in documentation
• Structured working style
• Professional communication

• Currently pursuing CA (Inter or Final preferred)
• Strong academic track record
• Available for consistent half-day commitment
• Serious about gaining practical exposure
