Role Description
The Accounts Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also involves analyzing financial data, supporting asset management activities, and collaborating with the team to ensure operational efficiency in addressing NPAs. Additional responsibilities may include communicating with clients and stakeholders to support financial recovery processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong skills in financial management, record-keeping, and compliance with regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Knowledge of NPA management and asset recovery processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in standard accounting software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A professional certification such as CA or CPA is a plus.
