ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities.
• Liaise with tax agents, and bankers.
• GST submission and bank reconciliation.
• Organise and maintain up-to-date financial records/cashflow.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Month-end closing reports.
• Monthly reconciliation of inter-company transactions
• Maintain account schedules (fixed assets register, prepayments, accruals, etc.)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting Min 2 years experience in handling full sets of accounts (in manufacturing industries).
• Knowledge of accounting software (SQL Accounts System) or similar and MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: S$2,800.00 - S$3,000.00 per year

Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
