Job Description

Booking of Purchase Invoices: Process both local and import purchase invoices into SAP, ensuring proper allocation to cost centers
Trade Receivable Entry: Record trade receivables accurately in the system
Finalization of Purchases & Sales: Finalize purchases, sales, bank receipts (BR), import payments, vendor payments, and account vouchers
Book Recording: Ensure all entries are recorded accurately for financial accounting and reporting
Petty Cash Handling: Manage and track petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation
Statutory Audits: Assist with statutory audits and ensure compliance with relevant tax and financial regulations

Required Candidate Profile:

Strong experience in SAP for invoice booking and financial entries
Knowledge of statutory audits and compliance with local regulations
