Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and reconciliation activities for our Hassan Unit 2 facility. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in ERP/accounting software, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and vouchers
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Process employee reimbursements and support payroll-related activities.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting.
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
