Job Description

Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com).

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Experience in Tally or Zoho Books is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
  • Prepare and maintain sales, purchases, payment, and receipt records.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports.
