Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com).
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Experience in Tally or Zoho Books is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchases, payment, and receipt records.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
